HKM Trichy — the Sri Sri Radha Madana Mohana Temple — stands as a luminous beacon of Vedic culture and spiritual wisdom in the ancient city of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. Nestled in the shadow of the majestic Rock Fort, our temple serves thousands of devotees, seekers and visitors who come to experience the transformative grace of Sri Sri Radha Madana Mohana.
As part of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) — founded by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada — we are dedicated to spreading the eternal teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam throughout the Cauvery Delta region and beyond.
From humble beginnings to a thriving spiritual centre — the story of how divine grace transformed Tiruchirappalli.
A small group of enthusiastic devotees inspired by Srila Prabhupada's books began holding home programmes and Harinam Sankirtan in the streets of Tiruchirappalli, planting the first seeds of Krishna consciousness in this ancient city.
With the blessings of HKM leadership and the tireless dedication of local devotees, the formal temple of Sri Sri Radha Madana Mohana was established in Tiruchirappalli. The beautiful Deities were installed with grand Vedic ceremonies.
Systematic Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam study programmes were launched, attracting students, professionals and families seeking spiritual wisdom. The temple became a centre of Vedic education in Tamil Nadu.
The Annadaan programme was formalized, committing to feed hundreds of devotees and the needy daily. Youth programmes, Bal Vihar for children, and FOLK for young adults were launched, expanding the temple's reach across the city.
Embracing digital technology, HKM Trichy launched online darshan, virtual Bhagavad Gita classes and social media outreach — bringing the grace of Sri Sri Radha Madana Mohana to devotees worldwide, even beyond Trichy.

Born in Calcutta in 1896, Abhay Charanaravinda Bhaktivedanta Swami — later known as Srila Prabhupada — received the instruction from his spiritual master to spread Krishna consciousness in the English-speaking world.
At the age of 69, with great personal conviction and only forty rupees, he boarded a cargo ship to New York. What followed was nothing short of a spiritual revolution — within eleven years he had circled the globe fourteen times and established 108 temples worldwide.

Spearheads the temple's women's spiritual programs, coordinates the Annadaan initiative and runs the Bal Vihar children's programme with maternal love and dedication.
